Roland Lee - Golden Day in Zion
Watercolor painting by Roland Lee from the Utah Watercolor Society.
Artist Statement: Transparent watercolor has been my medium of expression for over 40 years. My cabin-studio is located at the east edge of Utah’s Zion National Park, providing ample subject matter for my realist paintings. “Golden Day in Zion” portrays one of Zion’s most recognizable peaks towering over a grove of golden cottonwoods.
